Strides 360®

Strides 360® is a total fitness program that ladies can do with or without their children. It focuses on building cardiovascular endurance through SAQ (speed, agility, and quickness) drills using mini hurdles, cones, agility ladder, and the environment. The class also incorporates intervals of strength and body toning exercises using body weight and resistance tubing. Intensity is based above Stroller Strides and below Body Back but can be modified for any level of exerciser. Instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby while mom gets to do her workout and socialize with the other members. Your first class is always FREE!
