What is the workout like?

Body Back is a high-intensity interval training class that is delivered in one of three ways: Rounds, Circuit or Traveling. We cycle through Cardio, Strength and Core for a full-body workout that provides a significant caloric afterburn for enhanced results. Every class finishes with a relaxing meditation.

Body Ignite is a solely strength class using body weight resistance and weighted bars. Participants will get a total body workout using the bars to challenge their legs, arms, and core. Two weight options are available in the bars, and you will sometimes use light bars for one exercise and heavy bars for a different one. Every class finished with a relaxing meditation.
