Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Strides 360®

Strides 360® is a 60-minute interval style, traveling class (much like Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre). However, the physical promise will be cardiovascular endurance alongside developing speed, agility, and quickness to sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning will provide recovery and round out the program. It's for mom, with or without a kiddo in tow. You will get cardio, conditioning, core, and calm!

Join us for our Meal Prep Workshop and brunch at Jane's house in Griffith tomorrow at 11am. We'll snack on cheesy "crack" bread, breakfast sausage burritos, banana bread flapjacks, and eggs and bacon, while discussing the best methods and tips for incorporating Meal Planning and Meal Prep into your weekly routine. Game Night MNO! This Tuesday at 7pm at Nicole's house. We'll have games to choose from and feel free to bring your own too. Please bring an appetizer, dessert, or drink to share. See Meetup or contact us for details.

This week at Redar Park! Schererville Fest is taking place Wednesday through Sunday so our class locations will be a little different. Remember there is parking along the bike path to the southwest of the park as well as near the ball field along the east side of the park. Tuesday Body Ignite 6pm - we're hoping this class will not be affected but be ready for an update. Wednesday Strides 360 9:30am - class will take place along the bike path to the south of the park. Friday Strides 360/Body Ignite Demo 9:30am - class will be on the tennis court at Beidron Park just a block to the southwest from Redar along Park Ave. Friday Body Back 6pm - class is relocated to Purposeful Fitness Studio in Griffith, contact us for address. Saturday Stroller Strides 9:30am - class will take place along the bike path to the south of the park. Sunday Body Back 6pm - class is relocated to Purposeful Fitness Studio in Griffith, contact us for address. Contact an instructor with any questions. All other classes remain as usual.
