Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. We also offer a free Our Village at FIT4MOM NWI social group on so ladies can form lasting friendships with others through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family. Your first class is always FREE!


Stroller Barre® is a unique cardio and strength interval class with a blend of ballet, barre, Pilates, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help ladies improve posture, stability, and mobility. Stroller Barre classes incorporate prenatal and postnatal training in a fun, traveling class format with your child(ren). Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop core strength needed for motherhood. Stroller Barre focuses on regaining your posture and alignment and strengthens your body from the inside out!


Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. more

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom. Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms.

Fit4Baby®: helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH FOR MOTHERHOOD!

These classes are offered in 6 week sessions and please contact us if you are interested to take the class on a drop-in basis while we are in session.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their little ones. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage your child(ren), while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Body Back® Transformation is a results-based 8-week journey designed for moms, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

What Does Body Back® Transformation Include?

  • 2 Workouts per week in-class small group format
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back Meal Plan and Food Diary and new online guide
  • Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support
  • Equipment including 1 red resistance band that is yours to keep
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back workout DVDs and supplemental updated Body Back® digital at-home workouts

The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

New Members pay $300 and FIT4MOM & returning Body Back members pay $249. It is recommended that you be at least 6 months postpartum before taking this course. Clients less than six (6) months postpartum are highly encouraged to attend Stroller Strides classes. Body Back® classes are by demand, please request your time/days/dates and our FIT4MOM franchisee will schedule classes.
