Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Classes include an ever changing selection of cardio and resistance training to help you feel healthy and strong for motherhood. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. We also offer a free Our Village at FIT4MOM NWI social group so ladies can form lasting friendships with others through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family. Your first class is always FREE!

Strides 360® is a total fitness program that ladies can do with or without their children. It focuses on building cardiovascular endurance through SAQ (speed, agility, and quickness) drills using mini hurdles, cones, agility ladder, and the environment. The class also incorporates intervals of strength and body toning exercises using body weight and resistance tubing. Intensity is based above Stroller Strides and below Body Back but can be modified for any level of exerciser. Instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby while mom gets to do her workout and socialize with the other members. Your first class is always FREE!

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!more

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom. Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

MamaWell is a 42-week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood. Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you're training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you'll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach.
